Mothers of the Revolution – recording and screening
Between 1981 and 2000, thousands of women from around the world came together at RAF Greenham Common to take a committed stand against nuclear proliferation.
Mothers of the Revolution is a new documentary which tells their story. It was directed by Briar March and it will be released in the UK on digital download on 18 October. The film features interviews with key participants including Julie Christie and Rebecca Johnson, alongside archive footage from the Greenham Common Women’s Peace Camp.
At this very special Guilty Feminist recording, you will get not just Deborah and a regular co-host playing I’m a Feminist But… but also you will get to see the whole film and hear from Rebecca Johnson herself, who lived at the peace camp for five years.
Tickets for this event are just £5 and places are limited so don’t delay.
